A kitchen nobody has to babysit
There is usually one person who notices first: the coffee tin is nearly empty, the sparkling water is down to two cans, and the snack bin holds only the flavor nobody likes. Ora Commercial Cleaning takes that watching and buying off their plate. We shop, bring it in on your chosen days and shelve it, so the fridge, coffee station and snack shelf are ready before the team arrives.
Pantry restocking stands apart from our cleaning work. It can share a calendar with our crews or keep its own, and the shopping list is always yours.
Offices in more than one city
A business with a suite in Sacramento and another in Mountain View or San Francisco may end up with very different breakrooms. Each location can carry its own list, quantities and restock days, while purchasing questions for all of them go to one Ora contact.
Breakroom habits vary from one office to the next: some kitchens run on single-serve pods, some on cold brew and fruit, and some on whatever gets a lab team through a long day. Every list is written around your own people, the hours they keep and the budget you set.
Questions we ask first
- Which drinks are gone by midweek, and which never move?
- Is the team loyal to one roast, or happy with variety?
- Does anyone avoid gluten, dairy, nuts or added sugar?
- Are there heavy days, such as all-hands meetings or client visits, that need extra?
The answers become a written list with quantities, with dietary needs recorded so every run includes something for the people who need it. You set a monthly spending cap, and every purchase stays under it. Requests are added to the list, and items that keep sitting get flagged to you rather than quietly bought again. When a favorite gets discontinued or a seasonal flavor vanishes from store shelves, we suggest a close substitute and wait for your answer before swapping it in. Larger orders for an all-hands lunch or a holiday party can go on the list ahead of time, with the extra spend counted against that month’s cap.
On restock day
Each visit opens with a quick count. Cold drinks and water go into the fridge with older cans moved forward, snack bins and shelves are refilled, and coffee, tea, creamer and sugar go back on the counter by the brewer. Then come the cups, napkins, plates and utensils.
Before leaving, the crew pulls anything past its date and tidies the shelves and the fridge, leaving counter wiping and bins to whoever cleans the kitchen. The breakroom looks the way it should at nine in the morning, not the way it looks at five.
With or without Ora’s cleaning
If Ora also handles your office cleaning, the pantry run can be timed to a cleaning visit, so the kitchen is restocked and cleaned in one pass instead of two. Restroom paper, hand soap and bin liners come through our janitorial supplies service, covering the restroom side of the building.
Cleaned in-house or by another company? The pantry run simply keeps its own days. Every person we send has passed a background check, and supervisors include the kitchen when they inspect.
Where it fits
Ora’s pantry service suits offices trying to make the commute feel worth it, coworking floors with a shared kitchen that members use all day, clinics and medical practices whose staff eat between appointments, and stores with a coffee corner in the stockroom for long shifts.
It helps most when a team is growing. A list written for twelve people falls apart at thirty, and resizing it is our job rather than one more task for whoever already runs the office.
Budget and pricing factors
Food and drink purchases stay under the monthly cap you give us. Our fee reflects headcount, the length of the shopping list, visit frequency and the amount of kitchen upkeep on each visit. We walk the kitchen and send a written quote first, so you see the whole arrangement before the first shopping run.
A few useful answers
Common questions.
Can each of our locations have its own list?
Yes. Every office gets its own list, quantities and restock days, and all of them run through one Ora contact.
Who has the final say on the shopping list?
You do. Your office manager and our team draft it together, purchases stay under the cap, and we change it whenever your team asks for something new.
Can you plan around gluten-free or nut-free eaters on the team?
Yes. Those needs are written into the list from the start, and the matching items come in on every run.
Is Ora’s cleaning required for pantry restocking?
No. It is a separate service that pairs easily with our cleaning, and any business can book it by itself.
