A recurring plan can cover planned accessible lobbies, corridors, dining rooms, activity rooms, and restrooms. Offices and support areas can be included when the facility confirms access and tasks for those spaces.
Vacant-unit separation
Vacant-unit cleaning is scoped separately from recurring common area care. The facility identifies which units are vacant, when access begins, and what tasks belong in the unit service plan. This separation keeps turnover work from being assumed as part of shared area service.

Resident-area and occupied room boundaries
Occupied room support stays within tasks confirmed by the facility. Those tasks can include trash and liner replacement, consumable restocking, spill response, spot cleaning, and high-touch surface cleaning. Light restroom touch-ups, removal of used bed linens, and bed making can also be planned when the facility stages clean linens. This is not full residential housekeeping, personal laundry, personal care, resident supervision, or daily-living support.
Service plan and claim limits
Work is limited to planned accessible areas and customer-confirmed tasks. The service plan does not include clinical care, unrestricted clinical access, infection-prevention outcomes, specialized credentials, or healthcare-compliance claims.
