Exterior Cleaning and Routine Grounds Care
Eligible exterior work may include litter pickup, parking-lot sweeping, pressure washing, routine grass cutting and edging, bush and shrub trimming, ordinary landscape-debris cleanup, gum or graffiti removal attempts, dumpster-enclosure and compactor-area surface cleaning, parking-garage cleaning, loading-dock cleaning, and assessed low-rise exterior window cleaning. Tasks are assigned by area to distinguish cleaning and routine grounds attention from hauling, repair, remediation, or regulated work. Litter pickup and parking-lot sweeping do not include dumpster hauling, bulky-item removal, illegal-dumping cleanup, municipal street sweeping, hazardous debris, hazardous waste, traffic control, paving, striping, or drain cleaning.
Before Pressure Washing and Window Cleaning
Pressure washing requires review of the surface, condition, wastewater path, drainage, equipment fit, access, weather, occupancy, training, insurance, and proposed products. Some surfaces or operating conditions may be unsuitable for the requested method. Low-rise exterior window cleaning also depends on practical access and an approved method; it does not include high-rise work, rope descent, unrestricted lift use, façade restoration, hard-water restoration, or a guaranteed streak-free result.
