Ora Commercial Cleaning

Commercial Property Exterior Services

Ora Commercial Cleaning can combine eligible exterior cleaning and routine grounds tasks for a commercial property after reviewing surfaces, access, drainage, waste handling, occupancy, and operating conditions.

Exterior Cleaning and Routine Grounds Care

Eligible exterior work may include litter pickup, parking-lot sweeping, pressure washing, routine grass cutting and edging, bush and shrub trimming, ordinary landscape-debris cleanup, gum or graffiti removal attempts, dumpster-enclosure and compactor-area surface cleaning, parking-garage cleaning, loading-dock cleaning, and assessed low-rise exterior window cleaning. Tasks are assigned by area to distinguish cleaning and routine grounds attention from hauling, repair, remediation, or regulated work. Litter pickup and parking-lot sweeping do not include dumpster hauling, bulky-item removal, illegal-dumping cleanup, municipal street sweeping, hazardous debris, hazardous waste, traffic control, paving, striping, or drain cleaning.

Before Pressure Washing and Window Cleaning

Pressure washing requires review of the surface, condition, wastewater path, drainage, equipment fit, access, weather, occupancy, training, insurance, and proposed products. Some surfaces or operating conditions may be unsuitable for the requested method. Low-rise exterior window cleaning also depends on practical access and an approved method; it does not include high-rise work, rope descent, unrestricted lift use, façade restoration, hard-water restoration, or a guaranteed streak-free result. Gum and graffiti work is surface-dependent, so complete removal and the absence of surface change cannot be promised.

Parking, Loading, and Waste-Adjacent Areas

Garages, loading docks, dumpster enclosures, and compactor-area surfaces require defined access, traffic, drainage, disposal, equipment, and occupancy responsibilities. Surface cleaning does not include waste hauling, hazardous-material handling, spill remediation, structural repair, or operation of waste equipment. Routine grounds work is limited to grass cutting and edging, bush and shrub trimming, and ordinary landscape-debris cleanup. Tree work, pesticide or herbicide application, fertilization, irrigation installation or repair, landscape design, arborist services, and emergency response are excluded.

How Exterior Tasks Fit the Property

Exterior areas serve different purposes and cannot all be treated with one method. Entrance zones and retail common areas may benefit from litter attention, while parking surfaces may call for sweeping or an assessed washing method. Loading docks, garages, and waste-adjacent areas introduce traffic, access, drainage, and disposal considerations. Grounds tasks remain limited to routine grass, edging, shrub, and ordinary landscape-debris work. Visible day porter support may cover narrowly assigned checks near entrances, but broader exterior work belongs here. For service-area information, see Ora’s commercial cleaning service areas.

Frequently Asked Questions

Which exterior property tasks can be combined?

Eligible tasks may include litter pickup, parking-lot sweeping, assessed pressure washing, routine grass and shrub care, landscape-debris cleanup, waste-adjacent surface cleaning, garage or dock cleaning, gum or graffiti removal attempts, and assessed low-rise window cleaning.

How does parking-lot sweeping differ from hauling or street sweeping?

Parking-lot sweeping addresses agreed accessible property surfaces. It does not include dumpster hauling, bulky-item removal, illegal-dumping cleanup, or municipal street sweeping.

What must be assessed before pressure washing?

The surface, condition, wastewater path, drainage, equipment, access, weather, occupancy, training, insurance, and products must be considered before work is defined.

What is excluded from dumpster-enclosure cleaning?

Cleaning may cover approved enclosure and compactor-area surfaces but excludes hauling, hazardous waste, spill remediation, structural repair, and operation of waste equipment.

When can low-rise exterior windows be considered?

They can be considered after access and the method are assessed. High-rise work, rope descent, unrestricted lift use, façade restoration, and hard-water restoration are excluded.

Can gum or graffiti removal be guaranteed?

No. Results depend on the material, surface, condition, products, access, and method. Complete removal and an unchanged surface are not guaranteed.

What routine grounds work is available?

Eligible work is limited to agreed grass cutting and edging, bush and shrub trimming, and ordinary landscape-debris cleanup. Tree, pesticide, irrigation, fertilization, design, and arborist work are excluded.
