Member rooms, locker rooms, and showers

Member rooms, locker rooms, showers, and restrooms each need a clear place in the cleaning service plan. Identify the accessible surfaces in each room and note the materials that need specific care. Treat wet areas separately from adjoining dry rooms so the planned work is clear.

Cleaning for club buildings

The cleaning service plan starts with accessible clubhouse interiors and pro-shop areas, with designated exterior common surfaces identified separately. Golf-course grounds and all course maintenance are not included. Distinguish building entrances and shared outdoor surfaces from the course when planning the work. Event-space cleaning covers the planned room surfaces. Cart-storage areas and support buildings require their own planned surface boundaries and accessible work areas. This service plan excludes catering, event management, kitchen-system servicing, and food-contact sanitation. This service plan excludes pool and spa maintenance.

Club-specific cleaning questions

What should a club include in its initial inquiry? Share your property address, priority spaces, and requested cleaning frequency. How should the club describe a mixed-use room? Explain how the room is used and identify the surfaces to be cleaned. That gives the discussion a concrete starting point when one room serves several member activities.
